There are two ways to book an appointment for your patients to see Dr Chen.
Contact us on 1300 388 668, or fax a referral to (02) 9113 3951, and we will contact the patient for an appointment when we receive this
For URGENT referrals or conditions that need to be seen immediately, please call (02) 9113 2054. Dr Chen is happy to speak to GP’s directly, a call back can be requested by emailing

Dr Chen consults out of multiple locations; please double-check which office you are attending based on your appointment type.
